About Us

KVNA provides intermittent skilled nursing, therapy and ancillary services to people recovering at home from a recent hospital or nursing home discharge. Emphasis is placed on positive patient outcomes and safety at home.

How We Got Started

KVNA was established in 1927 with one nurse traveling on city street cars to make her house calls to the bedside of any patient in the city.

Today, as a non-profit full service home care provider, patient care involves involves well-trained, experienced health care professionals who provide personalized intermittent skilled nursing or therapy in the places our patients call home. Our Interdisciplinary Team is made up of RNs, LPNs, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitian, medical social worker and home health aides—all working together for the best possible patient outcome.
