WNIR is the live local Talk radio station, and the only FM Talk radio station in our entire coverage area, reaching over three million people throughout Northeast Ohio including Akron, Canton, Cleveland and Youngstown.
WNIR's Talk format is live Local foreground programming. Foreground means that the listener is actively involved in what is being talked about.You can be confident that our audience is really engaged and listening when your commercials run.
The success of the radio station is longevity. Most all of the on air staff were born and raised right here in our area. For over 35 years you can wake up each day and hear what going on around you. Live and local from 5:30am - 11pm each day.
How We Got Started
I came aboard WNIR from another local radio station because I listened to WNIR and felt comfortable with the talk radio format over 30years ago.

As a company policy we offer non profit 501c3's a matching schedule dollar for dollar for what they purchase...the nc spots go as local public service.. we have been doing this for years...

Well, I would take the gross amount of there business and break it into five little pieces and generate five times as much business in the end. It's all about the number of accounts... I would rather have 5 -$10k accounts rather than one $50k account anyway.
