Writing brings me peace. I love what I do and have some of the most interesting clients: a woman striving to become the first woman to climb the seven, second summits; a nonprofit in Alaska that hunts and preserves artifacts; a woman who works with elephant trainers to be more humane; a descendent of the Hatfields and McCoys; a museum preserving the history of the Buffalo Soldiers, and many more.

I created Lil Dog Communications after a 35+ year career in the nonprofit world as an Executive Director. During that time, I began writing mystery novels and teaching writing at a local college. Upon retirement, I decided that when I wasn't killing people for fun and profit, I wanted to help nonprofits and small businesses be all they could be through better messaging.
