The inventory of homes for sale is still low. There are multiple buyers for listings, and are driving prices up. Because of the new covid guidelines for rental properties, there isn't much turn over there either.

Production has been UP due to the dip in interest rate in the first quarter and the influx of refinances. Sale transactions have tapered off a bit due to the restraints put on Brokers making it a slower process to get a contract, but are still coming.

For me personally it was a BANG! Although I met my goals, the impending moving target of the rising cost of living drives me to set my goals higher in the new year. Now the challenge is to meet the new goal.... you just need to GO GET IT! The opportunity is there.

Since I primarily work with RE Agents, and many are hard to locate in their offices, and they are buried with email campaigns, it is hard to reach them. They often opt out on emails.
