490 million people a year come to BBB so we know ethics and integrity are pretty important to consumers and businesses alike. We also stress how important it is to make sure you have what you want in a contract before engaging in business. If it's not in the contract it doesn't mean anything. The upside is we learn from mistakes, ours or others so sharing is helping!
