Learn new processes, automate to make up where you made your cuts. Some people are thinking outside the box, in overdrive, because new opportunities will present themselves. What resources are in excess supply? Who has these resources, how can we connect and use this supply. One example we have in Hawaii is the lack of tourists, this will return, but presently we have plenty of Empty Space, Free, Abundance Parking, Easily to retrofit, Malls, Hotels, maybe this is an opportunity to grow new businesses. Hotels have hi-speed internet services and IT departments located remotely to handle situations 24/7. Instead of thinking of bringing people to seminars why not network Webinars. Vendor Rooms of different sizes and locations, reduced travel, isolated yet securely connected through network technology. Using what you have and retrofitting, and repurposing can bring new opportunities and help us to survive for whatever the future brings. Changes are constantly happening, rethink the purpose and meaning of your product and service, rewrite your business plan.

The problem with technology is it's getting better every day, meaning it's constantly changing. Wi-Fi 6, Cat 6A, 7, Poe 90W, Security, Updates, Compliances, compatibility, workflow, documentation, and all the peripheral equipment. It's a lot to demand from one or two people. Small companies mean small IT departments. In our case being on a small island, we have the challenge to support many different companies with different technologies and functions with different time zones. One way of dealing with this is using as many functions that a product supplies. Computers were used only used for storing and organizing data, today with the advancements of AI and IoT the computer over time is learning with you, makes suggestions, and allows you to automate functions without writing complex code. That is why we are a Microsoft Partner.
