About Us
Kīlauea Point Natural History Association (KPNHA) is the 501(c)(3) non-profit friends group which supports the conservation, education, and preservation work of the Kauaʻi National Wildlife Refuge Complex - including Kīlauea Point NWR, Hanalei NWR Refuge and Hulēʻia NWR. With donations, plus funds from Nature Store operations, the organization supports research and educational projects, rehabilitative care, volunteer training, special events, equipment for wetlands management, awards annual scholarships for college students pursuing environmental studies and more.
