Personally, I like Google reviews better. YELP had errors concerning my business & have 2 good reviews that were "hidden" to the public eye. It took me over 2 months to correct their mistakes. They still didn't unlock my favorable comments and then told me if I "subscribed" to their services...

They still didn't unlock my favorable comments and then told me if I "subscribed" to their services they would piblish all my reviews? That's just not right in my opinion & consider that a bad business practice. I would never do that to any business if I was in charge of YELP.

That's where my 35 years of experience come into action. Many businesses don't budge for professional photos of staff members, product photos as well as all other photo opportunities. It's best for them to hire YOU, the professional. I would suspect that most businesses don't budget for this as if it were utility bills? Image is everything and I would hope that more businesses contact you for "making them look good!"... so your job is extremely important, even more than most realize. It's your job to educate businesses and the need for "image improvement" and I know you love what you do and it shows in your work.

When you "share the love" it comes back to you in good deeds and that's worth more than any amount of Money. YES... I offer discounts (if it's not free) because I want you to try our services. You will love the way we do business with the "upfront" proof and the quote for approval. Using us you will NEVER have a mistake... EVER! I sincerely love to give cool stuff away, but not so much in "ad specialities" (which I do a lot of too) but personalizing something special for that individual which shows that we care to give the very best! Because I'm a professional engraver, you will receive a personalized etched gift... not just another "can coozie". LOL! But seriously, it works for us. It's a great "ice breaker" and leaves a memorable impression of quality and performance. In addition: I have never been late on an order and the quality is always supreme whether it's a rush job or order that has been in for a week. Our quality NEVER suffers, that's the key! My advise, Be the best that you can be ALL THE TIME... no matter what!?

With so many in the employee pool we can be selective and it's worth taking the time to find the one that best fits the need of your family team. "Family Team" is the key here. Customers can immediately feel the love of tight knit & caring employees. Same is true for a bad group of employees that don't get along or DON'T do their jobs the way you would like them to. Owners have control of how their businesses appear to customers as well as customer service.

Well.... I get up every morning and contemplate how procedures can be modified to improved customer satisfaction! I talk with my clients, not just text or email especially if I have not heard from them in a while. I feel it's important to keep your business "out there" and remind people what you do and how you may help them achieve what they desire to achieve. The internet has made business more impersonal... and businesses that understand that will make the changes necessary. A simple phone call can make all the difference especially in my line of business. People only think of me when they need a great personalized Award or Gift so I need to keep my self in their "minds eye".
In order to be a "desirable business" you must have worth! If you are good at what you do, show your customer the confidence that you have and your unique skill sets!!!!! It's not like you are bragging, but in today's competitive market you MUST SELL YOURSELF (not just your products). Some may see it as being braggadocios, but it is NOT. If you love what you do, like I do then it's viewed as confidence, not bragging. I can honestly tell you this: If you or one of your friends needs a Custom Award or Gift... I am by far the BEST PLACE to START! I have been in the Personalizaton business for over 34 years and I can tell you that you will not only enjoy working with me, but the overall experience will be fun and fulfilling for you! If you have ever felt "rushed or inconveniencing" your local "trophy shop" then you went to the wrong place. When you contact me, I get very excited for the opportunity to serve you and it shows from the first point of contact to you actually holding the Award in your hands!
