What were your motives to start your own business & how did you deal with the risk of failure?

I started my own business as a Public Adjuster because of several reasons. Obviously I need to increase my own income is very important as well as not having to depend on a corporate company for my welfare.
The real issue is what I have chosen to do and why. Most people have no idea what a Public Adjuster is. We advocate for the insured against the insurance companies. People pay tens of thousands of dollars on their home owner or commercial insurance, not understanding the system and 90%+ of the time accepting what insurance companies offer as a settlement.
I educate and open eyes as I explain and educate. 90% of people do not realize they are not properly covered in some way and only find out when its too late.
There is more to it, but do not want to write a novel here. Reach out to me if you are interested in learning more.
