I agree 100% with everyone, nothing will ever change by staying except Your employment with them. 80% of the time people leave jobs not because the money is not good but because they feel they are not appriecated were they are. I've left many jobs in the past due to this fact alone....

I've left many jobs in the past due to this fact alone. Accountability starts at the top. Sounds like you are a person that a GOOD CEO would love to have on their team. My advice to you would be to RUN don't walk away!!! I would find another job within a week. I also think that in times like these a two week notice is not owed as, in my opinion a two week notice is a respect issue and an ethical thing to do. In your case you owe them NOTHING, in fact they owe you. A two week notice may also be putting yourself at risk as they have already resorted to criminal behavior. Find another job Fast! I would start looking, with their biggest competition or even better then that ,do what I did start your own business and Be their biggest competition! Good Luck
Yes I Have an online referral program were a customer can set up their own page and keep track of them, I can monitor activity, and get a prompt when a referral becomes active. When a sale becomes active the system automatically credits the customer who referred them. I simply confirm the sale.
