How Should I Handle Late Cancellations for Personal Training Appointments?

It is part of the waiver policy that clients must sign before starting sessions, 24 hours cancelation must be given or client will be charge in full. I will sometime due to exceptional circumstance let it go but I tell them this is a special occasion, next time I will have to charge them in full.
