Hi, my name is Sherry Raimundo and I care about YOUR health. I was an overweight, picked on child not only by my peers but also by my family. Determined to help people around me achieve great health I have become a Certified Fitness Trainer through ISSA in November of 2014.
In January of 2016, I partnered with Young Living Essential Oils and in September of 2017 became a Certified Aromayoga Teacher.

Sherry Raimundo is a wife and mother of two wonderful children. Sherry was born in Whitehall, PA where she has lived her whole life and as a child she struggled with keeping a healthy weight like most Americans. This has driven in her a strong desire to help others with the same struggles, achieve their health and fitness goals through sharing her experiences and expertise.
After having completed her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice in 2011 Sherry realized that becoming a personal trainer was her life passion and in November 2014 became a certified trainer through the ISSA program. Sherry has been training under Professional boxer and coach, Luis Melendez since 2012.
She has continued her studies to bring the Lehigh Valley world class services and knowledge and in 2015 became certified in Fitness Nutrition to provide her clients an all around experience to achieve or surpass their own personal goals by adapting the training to fit today's busy schedules.
