How We Got Started

During my own career in business and not-for-profit development, and through life transitions I hired an ICF credentialed coach, one of the best investments I've ever made. After retiring at age 53, I studied coaching to understand why it was so effective, earning certification from Coach U and Corporate Coach U, attaining a Professional Certified Coach credential from International Coaching Federation.
