It all began when our CEO, Don Breding, ran several businesses of his own and began to realize how credit card processing represented a large portion of his monthly expenses. After some investigation he became disheartened by the amount of hidden fees that were bleeding him dry. From there, he resolved to become the change he wanted to see and instituted Pacific Island Payment Solutions in 2011 with the intention of liberating as many merchants as possible from avaricious processing agreements.
