Customer service is # 1 on my list . Word of mouth in a small community means a lot. Getting involved with all the schools around you is also a plus. I try to give a free oil change a month to each school. That way when they have their meeting monthly they can give the free oil change to the teacher of the month. Get involved in your community and support local businesses in your area they will do the same for you. And Facebook is always a good place to run daily specials.
