Partnered with Van Eaton & Romero, I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Louisiana and a Realtor member of the Realtor Association of Acadiana.  I love helping people sell their homes and finding their new sanitaries.  Real estate was the perfect merge to my life long passion and career.   With a Bachelor of Interior Design from ULL, I am the lucky few that turned a hobby into a career.  I have 22 years of interior design experience, specializing in new construction and remodel.  What I bring unique to the table is, I have years of experience in Colorado and Austin, TX (expanding throughout Central Texas) markets, which are ahead of the trends in design. I have designed Nationally and Metro Austin recognized and award winning spaces.  In addition, the homes I designed for the Parade of Homes in the Hill Country of TX and Austin, TX areas, have won multiple awards, including People’s Choice.   

I found my love for real estate by watching my father and husband over the years.  My husband sold new construction in Central TX.  He helped owners from beginning to end and, often times, I designed them.  My father is a licensed real estate broker of large ranch and trophy properties in many states.  One day, I hope to venture into this realm. I love seeing their thrill and excitement as they help their clients through the process.

Now, back in Southern Louisiana, which is my home, I have combined these two loves.  I have achieved this by offering my selling clients free staging advice and 1-2 hours of free design consultation to my buying clients.  I also offer a discount on my design services for those that elect to hire me for both services.  On an added note, hiring me for both services is not a requirement.  I would gladly represent a client only as their real estate agent, without hired design services.  Note: these are two separate services and businesses.

Although, as a realtor, I work in all price points from flips, investment properties, starters homes, land, to luxury dream homes.  When it comes to design, I can help in all areas, also.  However, I specialized in mid to high-end on remodel and new construction.  With that being said, I do have packages that start in the modest range.  My lowest fee is a $120 consult fee to just give ideas, direction, paint colors, or to justvgive these clients the professional approval on items or layout they are lacking confidence.  From there, I have packages that range from $80/per hour - to flat fees on larger projects.  Where you save:

1) not making costly mistakes in which either have to be changed ($$) or you are stuck with those choices for years.

2) I find solutions on where you can use less expensive items so you can have focal points and possibly spend more other areas.
