This shows other potential customers that your business provides quality customer service and at the least puts forth an effort to remedy a situation and make it's customers satisfied. With our online and local business directory, Gongago, reviews are not automatically published and reviewers must provide an email. If we notice a review that appears to be flagrantly harmful to a business or false or misleading we will attempt to alert both parties and let them try to come to some sort of resolution before publishing it. If the reviewer is uncooperative or is shown to be providing a verifiably false review then we won't publish it.
