Darshann M. Wienick, JD, MSW, ACSW, served in the United States Army as a military intelligence linguist from 1989-1993. In 1997, she received her undergraduate degrees in political science and Korean studies, magna cum laude, from the University of Washington. She is also a 2000 graduate of the University of California College of the Law at San Francisco, cum laude. She has been a licensed attorney in the state of California since 2000. Ms. Wienick practiced law full-time as a litigation attorney in Los Angeles until her daughter was born in 2009. She has extensive training in litigation and mediation, focusing on high conflict dispute resolution in the areas of family law and child custody.
Ms. Wienick recently graduated from the University of Southern California with her Master of Social Work degree. She is registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Clinical Social Worker. Ms. Wienick currently is seeing individual clients for counseling and coaching. She also works part-time as an associate therapist. She lives with her husband, 3 children, 4 Salukis, and 4 cats in Aliso Viejo, California.
