I leverage tools like the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) to help leaders identify blind spots and help them gain optimal self-awareness and leadership effectiveness. My sweet spot is coaching leaders in sales, marketing and operations roles within the technology and healthcare spaces.
