About Us

We have 2 condos at the Valley Isle Resort in Kahana. My husband and I spend 6 months in Maui (winter months ofcourse) and the rest of the year in San Jose, CA.
When we're here, we love to meet our guests, welcome them and introduce them to activities and places of interest to visit around the area.

How We Got Started

We started coming to Maui in 1989 and every year the visit was longer... we loved it here!!when we retired in 2001, it was an easy decision to spend more time in Paradise. We had a studio condo first, added a one bedroom and then a 2 bedroom condo. We manage two of them as vacation rentals ourselves and the third we stay in.
We sold the 2 bdrm condo in 2019 and now have only the two.

The night before checkout, send a message to the guest to remind him of the checkout time and any other rules/policies you may have. If they still haven't checked out in the morning, send housekeeping to let them know it's checkout time and the room has to be cleaned before the next checkin.
