We are a husband and wife team doing what we love most, sharing our love of food with others. We make everything from scratch with high-quality ingredients and cook our meats low and slow with real wood, no pellets. It's melt in your mouth perfection.

I started out selling homemade BBQ sauces and other treats at our local farmer's markets, while we perfected our cooking style for our BBQ and sides. In the summer of 2020, we were (finally!) able to buy our food trailer, and off we went! We love serving our surrounding communities and we love making our dreams come true.
