What's your opinion on sending birthday cards or Christmas cards to your clients?
Answered by:
I send holiday cards if I know they are appropriate for the client and I have a close relationship with them. Otherwise, I avoid the practice. I think there are other ways to acknowledge your appreciation for the client's business.
