Justin Gallo founded Gallo Safety Group in 2018 to support employers with their safety programs and provide quality training to those employees. Justin first became interested in safety after seeing the devastating effects of electrical accidents commonly known as arc flash and arc blast. During this time and after working in the electrical industry for about 18 years Justin had not received any formal safety training or PPE from any of his employers. It was apparent the industry needed more safety professionals with high energy and down to earth training styles which is important because employers need to engage trainees. It is also important to support those employers to have effective safety programs while understanding the challenges they face in running their operation.
