Our programs include puppy management, basic and advanced obedience, day trains, board and trains, behavior modification, aggressive dog training, swim lessons, all on a one-on-one basis—all aimed at giving you and your dog the highest levels of fun and control, even around severe distractions. It’s hard to forge a deep friendship with your dog when he’s chewing up your furniture, soiling your carpets, jumping uncontrollably, or nipping at your friends and kids! Our training methodology puts you in charge so you can move beyond bad behavior and begin to more thoroughly enjoy your relationship with your dog. We don’t believe in yelling and giving corrections. Sit Means Sit focuses on results-based dog training to provide you with a well-mannered and happy dog. We utilize today’s technology to achieve positive and lasting results. Upon evaluating your dog, we provide an obedience training program that encompasses behavioral problems as well as training the dog to focus on you. Focus is truly the key to our program. A dog that focuses on you will not only obey your commands more readily, but will be less likely to get into mischief. We also teach Pet CPR & First Aid classes and are Dog Gone Safe Instructors.
