About Us

I help business owners successfully sell their companies through strategic mergers and acquisitions, working with businesses generating annual revenues of $2M to $50M as part of the Troy Business Advisors team. My focus is on companies located in Illinois and the surrounding region.

I am involved in several key ventures and strategic initiatives. I am the founder of CyberSecurityEasy.com LLC and the creator of the Soda Can Principle in cybersecurity, which illustrates how a single careless click—like opening a shaken soda can—can quickly create a major mess.

I hold advanced degrees in business and project management. For many years, I have worked in higher education, workforce training, and data operations. I have taught more than 300 courses, managed academic programs, led professional development initiatives, and trained business professionals, first responders, seniors, and children.

I serve on advisory boards for business and community organizations and am open to inquiries and speaking engagements at any time.
