Citizens Bank & Trust is ready to assist with these loans and I believe most institutions should be able to provide assistance through their SBA areas.
I would suggest they contact their own bank. They would have all of their information and and probably be able make the process easier.

Citizens Bank & Trust did a great job assisting us with our application, processing and submission for the PPP loan. It took just a few days once we got our information together for us to get our approval, and then funding was about 5 days later!
