Gloria M. Rector, a former Coast Guard Documentation Officer, founded Gloria Rector Vessel Documentation, Inc. After working in this capacity for over twenty-three years, she started her own documentation service when the Tampa Coast Guard Documentation office moved to Miami.

Gloria built the business by offering prompt, professional and affordable service. The current owner and president of the company, Jane Beale trained with Gloria for several years and continues to offer the same quality of service.
