How We Got Started

I worked nearly 30 years as a Cost Accounting Manager, transitioned to IT analyst work in Financial and HR systems, led and improved business processes, and led many projects on a global, enterprise-wide scale. My work saved big corporations thousands of man-hours. Along the way, I also served as an adjunct professor for 4 years and as a Board Member of a 500+ member non-profit for over 6 years. I invested well over 65,000 hours into corporations.

In 2021, I felt compelled to shift my energies from corporations to small business so that families might have greater flexibility to manage their family needs.

Since networking is a integral part of building and growing a business, bringing the Network in Action (franchise) brand to Memphis is a way to equip Existing business owners.
