Would need to see radiographs to see the extent of the disease...
There is no medical treatment.....these cases are challenging to fix and you can never make this spine normal.  If you think the scoliosis and kyphosis are so severe as to require surgery you could try some sort of fixation. I usually use screws in the vertebral bodies and bone cement but if you could get a plate across the bodies that would probably be stable.
