Fusion Cabinets, Inc. Owner/Designer Michelle Manzini has over 25+ years of experience in the cabinetry business. We offer kitchen design, custom closet systems, wallbeds, and have many cabinet lines to choose from to suite any budget or style for your kitchen or bathroom remodel. We offer 3D designs on our design program to help you visualize your dream.
How We Got Started
I started out as a Closet Designer in 1996 and quickly rose to the top of my field because I could visualize the space and draw to scale extremely fast. I make people happy for a living. Who doesn't want a custom closet? It was a natural transition to kitchen, baths and whole house designs. It is my passion. I feel blessed to help make my clients' dream a reality. Renovation is hard. I strive to educate my clients and make the process as easy as possible.

Don't take No for an answer. In construction, which is male dominated and understaffed, you have to stand your ground when necessary. I also hired a male Project Manager to "interpret" when necessary. lol.

A client's artist mom had died of cancer and left her money to build her dream kitchen. We did and we exceeded her expectations and became close during the process. She was the smartest, coolest, most down to earth person that everyone loved. Knowing that I also am an art lover she bought me a tile mosaic of a Kandinsky painting for my personal kitchen remodel as a thank you gift. Unfortunately she also died suddenly of cancer this year. I decided to build a display for the tile insert so I can sit at my desk and look at every day and think of her. I feel like I have a Guardian Angel watching over me and my business.

Definitely! It is our most pressing issue. The younger generation is not interested in construction which has caused a huge void. It's a shame because there is such a need for the trades so these kids could make some real money. I try to tell them that learning a trade is a wonderful to pay for...

I am very loyal to my subcontractors so I give a lot of referrals. I figure one good one back is a wonderful bonus. If not, at least I helped my client get what they were looking for and maybe that will come back to me in another way in the future as well. My whole business is built on client...

It's all about Karma people. More you give the more you get.
It can be intimidating under the wrong circumstances and beneficial in the right. It helps when there are a few people that make new comers feel welcome and included. It can be a hard for some to enter an established group. The more inclusive the vibe the better.

Totally agree. The world needs more human interaction these days. People can say anything hiding behind a screen but in person you get a feel for the person's integrity and can ask questions about their business and how we can help each other grow. A sense of community. It is a competitive market...
