"I've been with PNC for almost nine years and have to say they don't operate like the other banks, which seem to be mostly interested in charging huge fees but not offering advice on how to save money and avoid the fees.
With the friendly attitude of its staff, PNC is completely different. It operates more like a credit union of old. When I first signed up, one employee advised me not to get credit cards for a while. He was spot on because I had hospital bills that I couldn't pay.
Nine years later, I have four credit cards and a car loan from PNC. I've rebuilt my credit and some of the credit goes to PNC for advising me. I tell other people to try them out, you can't go wrong using PNC. "
