Dogwood Home Services is a Christian Family owned Pier and Beam/ Mobile Home, Foundation company, Sub-floor Repair/Replacement and Laying of new flooring including, but not limited to Laminate Flooring, Interior Paint, Window Installation, Door Installation, Complete Turn Key. How We Got Started

I have been in the construction industry for over 30 Years, Learning from the best. I come from a family that has been in the construction industry dating back to my Great Grandfather. I love what I do and I and my people are good at it! When we started, we took a great leap of faith and God has never let us down! I worked for a foundation company for many years and decided to break off and start my own LLC business about 5 years ago. I am honest, give fair, honest estimates, and am full of knowledge in all that I do and if I can not fix your problem, I will tell you and find someone who can for you, but there is not much I can’t fix, so you are safe with us. I have a huge heart and try to keep cost as low as possible for my customers. My goal is that when I leave, the customer is fully satisfied. We are all Proud of what we have accomplished these last five years.

We recently transitioned from Sole Prop to LLC. We were Sole Prop for a good while, before we took to the next level. As a Sole Prop, It's you, your name, Doing Business As ie. (XYZ). Works wonderfully for us! It is a lot of work, but you can run paid ads, put them on your home page, share ur posts for free. We do a lot of all! Is commercial work worth the investment?

We treat our commercial customers the same way we do residential. Third party jobs are a hard choice, because you are subcontracted out usually, and we have been burnt a couple times from the actual contractor. If you do what you say you are going to do for your customers, provide excellent customer services, then ask your customer for a review, they will usually give you one. Word of mouth is the best kind of review that we have seen in growing our business! We are in the contracting business, We have had the same problem with one client that owes us over $20,000.00, Because we try and help, just like you. We had to put a lien on there home. Check out Legal Zoom, and Zlien. You might be able to do the same thing. Not sure, but just a suggestion.
