I am actively engaged in the nonprofit sector in Las Vegas, where I serve as the Resource Director for Raising Hope of Nevada. In addition to this role, I hold board positions with two other local nonprofit organizations. My professional expertise extends nationwide, where I provide consulting services for emerging nonprofits and offer independent grant writing support to help organizations achieve their goals and maximize their impact.

I began my journey in the nonprofit sector after facing profound personal challenges following the loss of my father. During this difficult time, I found myself in extreme hardship and sought support from the nonprofit community. However, I was turned away by nearly every local organization I approached, which opened my eyes to a significant gap: the need for someone to guide individuals through the often-complicated process of accessing community resources.

Motivated by this realization, I created my own nonprofit to address these challenges. Through this experience, I not only assisted others in need but also encountered the financial hurdles that many nonprofits face. This inspired me to delve deeper into nonprofit funding, leading to my work today as a resource consultant and grant writer, helping organizations secure the support they need to thrive and make a difference.
