Insight, innovation, automation, and being able to help businesses to increase revenue, grow their customer base, and retain their current customers seem to get easier and easier with the growth tools that are available now.  For example, audits for SEO, And online presence as a whole, have improved drastically over the years, as we used to only be able to see where a site ranks, and a few things that needed to be worked on within a website. Now, we can not only see in-depth reporting about a businesses online presence in almost every aspect, but with certain automation tools, we can gain much better customer insight, do re-targeting campaigns to retain those customers, create look-alike audiences, etc.. We can now, not only look at a website and where it ranks, how to improve different aspects of SEO, but we can also gain insight on their social media presence, website errors, more in-depth SEO reporting, and their online presence as a whole to tailor to each individual client's needs. The only drawback is that there are so many different aspects of marketing. So much changes within such a short period of time, and awareness of what has changed, or what is new in the marketing industry, are sometimes not as readily well-known to others. However, various types of tools and technology has allowed for marketing automation in many aspects, and I only expect it to keep getting better in 2020, and allowing businesses to flourish and grow even more than the previous years.
