The Women’s Executive Circle is a professional, supportive community for women in business. We bring together entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and professionals to build meaningful relationships, share resources, refer business, and create opportunities to grow together.

Through networking, education, leadership development, mentorship, and community involvement, we help women strengthen their businesses and expand their impact. Our culture is rooted in integrity, mutual respect, and collaboration.

I’m Jessica Portillo, Founder and President of The Women’s Executive Circle. I’m passionate about connecting women, supporting local businesses, and creating a community where we can learn from one another and succeed together.

The Women’s Executive Circle started in January 2025 with a simple coffee meetup and just five women. Since then, it has grown into a community of about 60 to 100 men and women in business. We now host monthly events that bring people together to connect, collaborate, and support one another.
