VOLUNTEERS
This distinguished program acts as a continual source of talent for CEC, selecting full-time staff from volunteers interested in advancing within the CEC organization.
As a CEC Volunteer, your main role is to represent the brand and deliver professional services at all CEC events for paying guests, clients, and employees. Volunteers assist with every facet of CEC’s programs, projects, events, and subsidiaries. After completing six months, volunteers become eligible to fill utility roles in the office and join production teams, helping manage audiences, vendors, live entertainment, and engaging in more complex event assignments.
These varied roles allow volunteers to develop their skills and discover their strengths. Applicants must prioritize their commitment to being a CEC Volunteer above other schedules.
The program offers real-world exposure to the entertainment industry, providing inside access and the chance to connect with professionals at all levels. Emphasizing the business operations of the organization, the Volunteer Program often leads to entry-level administrative jobs for talented volunteers. Lasting eight to twelve months, the part-time role can approach full-time hours during busy seasons.
Overall, the CEC Volunteer Program is designed to give driven individuals practical experience to succeed in community service. It serves as a gateway to numerous careers in both nonprofit business management and entertainment.
