Excellent post! There have been so many changes in the business environment as well as our personal lives. It feels like so much is being put on hold for until ??? What lies behind a lot of procrastination from my viewpoint is indecision given so many unknowns. There doesn't seem to be a clear sense of direction because so many things have change and what ahead is so unknown. You article articulated this very well and gave support for these times. Thank you.
