Good relationships with installers and getting great advise on how to improve every detail in future projects. Thus, giving great advise to clients and gaining their trust for future business. Also good relationships with our Suppliers and Representatives. Attending training sessions and keeping up to date on products. Always asking for referrals from customers.

definitely a good approach. although experienced over a long career - I like to trust designers like Kring's who live & breathe some of the products every day. Window covering & proper installation, and selection of the currently best & most appropriate materials can make or break a project.
