How We Got Started

A 3d generation Locksmith, part of a long family tradition. Hopes of passing on the torch to the next generation. I've been in and around the Locksmith trade from an early age, gaining valuable hands on experience form my father and grandfather. In 1997 after more than 17 years of training, apprenticeship and finally, school- graduated with honors as a Certified Master Locksmith. I've taught How-To clinics on deadbolt installation for the Home Depot, supervised the training of 5 Apprentice Locksmiths over the years, also hold certification from NRI, 4 Advanced Education Units from A.L.O.A. and have received 10 Customer Service Merit Awards.

Emergency Lockouts, Burglary Repair, Rekeying EMPTY Prooerties or if the security need is "urgent" ie someone is fired, won't give up keys &etc. Some 24/7 places are being closed due to government orders, but since they haven't closed in a while, keys are misplaced, so I can get those locked and secured. Hospitals and other essential infrastructure entities, I'll take care of those as usual. Things not urgent or essential, I'm scheduling those out for later, just to stay on the safe side. None-the-less, it's been quiet these days. -Chris Fitzpatrick sr NRI Certified Master Locksmith Ariel Reliable Locksmith

I hit some algorithm with Google when I changed my address, business dropped off by about 75% - so Google is key. Still, I see every client as my neighbor, which they actually are. I don't rip people off like so many of these fake "locksmiths" do. I take pride in my work, make sure it's done right - since my job is securing someone's property and even life, it needs to be perfect. I explain what and why I do a certain thing too. I have folks calling me back 10 and 15 years later and folks who tell me their friends or neighbors recommended me. 1- Treat people right, 2- take their safety and security seriously, 3- see them as a neighbor and not a 'paycheck', 4- look at it as a service and vocation, not just a "job".

Never heard of voxer. I'll answer text messages, but prefer live conversation, it takes too long to type out a text message,  when a 2 or 3 minute phone call can give me all the information I need the quote a job or prepare for what I'll need to bring to a job, rather than 30 minutes of texting... Also, people think they were ripped off by a real locksmith, so it makes us honest guys look bad as well.
