We have experienced a significant drop off in business since the day after President Trump's speech. Our typical clients are retirees and since they are being told by the news to stay home and with the stock market in turmoil, they are apparently not going out to shop for flooring. Traffic on the road in front of our store is extremely light today and this is the busiest time of the year for us with all of the snowbirds here for the winter.
We do almost no advertising. We have been in business over 31 years in Leesburg, Florida and rely almost completely on word-of-mouth. We have tried various forms of advertising and never notice a significant difference. We support local charities and organizations with sport team and event...

We do almost no advertising. We have been in business over 31 years in Leesburg, Florida and rely almost completely on word-of-mouth. We have tried various forms of advertising and never notice a significant difference. We support local charities and organizations with sport team and event sponsorship. Advertising is the most frustrating part of this business because of the big box stores and their clever/deceptive advertising that makes shoppers think they have better deals when in fact they don't.
