We collaborate with Realtors, including some family members in that industry, title companies, and others. The family has been in the mortgage business in Utah since 2001. We have successfully guided our borrowers through the ups and down in the industry. None of our borrowers lost their homes in the 2008 crash. We avoided the sub-prime loans like the plague they were. We make sure our mortgagees are educated on the issues related to loans out there. We handle all types of loans including reverses mortgages.
