Its like asking them to predict the future just ask the common sense questions like how long at their last job, how much experience they have, do they enjoy the job their applying for some times you got to go with how you feel about the person start them on a 30, 60 Or 90 day probation you have to remember human beings are the most unpredictable and imperfect things out there.
and they are going to tell you what you want to hear after all their trying to get a job.
After I complete a job and I know my customer is satisfied and know I have done a great job and on schedule ill ask them if they would care to leave us a review most are happy to I also encourage my crew members to ask for one we always explain how they help our business.

I use a app called joist its free and so easy to use can create estimates and invoices on the go and take credit cards as well can also export to your acounting program its so easy and fast and its free.
