Natalie Cohen Speech-Language Pathologist and Accent Modification Coach
With over nine years of enriching experience as an accent modification coach and a dedicated speech-language pathologist for over 20 years, I've had the joy of empowering countless clients to soar in their communication skills and achieve remarkable speech clarity. Armed with a master's degree in speech-language pathology from Emerson College, I proudly hold certification from the esteemed American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and am licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
The unwavering belief in my clients' potential to shine is at the core of my mission. I'm driven by the passion to help them express themselves confidently and positively in every situation, from dynamic meetings to pivotal job interviews. My specialization lies in nurturing STEM professionals, guiding them to refine their American accents and master essential vocabulary pronunciation. Moreover, I extend personalized articulation therapy and special education services to children, fostering their journey toward crystal-clear speech.
In my practice, I infuse every session with evidence-based techniques, uplifting feedback, and interactive exercises, creating a vibrant atmosphere of growth and possibility. Together, we celebrate victories, overcome challenges, and chart pathways to success.
I am an ASHA-certified speech-language pathologist for over 20 years and in private practice since 2014 in Lexington, MA. I have worked in schools and private clinics with school-age children and adults.
My background includes helping people with difficulties in articulation, language learning, executive functioning, social skills, selective mutism, dyslexia, and auditory processing.
In addition to speech therapy, I work with non-native American English speakers to improve their understanding, presentation, and interviewing skills. I have had students from India, Russia, China, Korea, Brazil, etc.
I enjoy being with my family and friends, reading, traveling, and dancing. I am active in educating and implementing community environmental policy.
