Nesam Concepts physical therapy and Rehab center has been serving the Downriver area for 19years. We treat all Auto and worker comp patients. Furthermore, we treat Low back and neck pain, Osteoarthritis, total knee and shoulder replacement, strokes, dizziness and unsteady gait. Our director of physical therapy has over three decades of international experience. Besides, our staff are very friendly. Walk-ins welcome.
