Dr. Myrna Toote, Franchise Owner, has been in education her entire career. She is a parent and educator with more than 25 years experience as a teacher, school psychologist, and director of special education services. She believes in the uniqueness of every child and looks for ways to help each child succeed. Dr. Myrna completed her dissertation research on the early years of learning and development from birth to age 5, and uses her knowledge and expertise to help support positive early learning experiences and outcomes for all children.
