I'm Tonya Gossage, Business Growth Strategist, Certified AI Consultant, and founder of Gossage Consulting.

After 34 years in executive banking leadership, I learned that sustainable growth rarely comes from doing more. It comes from better strategy, stronger relationships, the right people, and systems that allow the business to operate without everything depending on the owner.

Today, I help service-based entrepreneurs and CEOs identify and solve the operational, visibility, marketing, AI, and delegation gaps that are keeping their businesses from scaling.

My work brings together business growth strategy, referral and relationship-based growth, AI consulting and automation, strategic delegation, business systems, storytelling, visibility, and AI-powered marketing.

I help business owners turn AI from something they experiment with into something they actually use. That may include custom GPTs, AI workflows and agents, CRM automation, content systems, lead follow-up, marketing processes, and practical AI implementation.

I also help owners get work out of their heads and into systems, workflows, technology, and the hands of the right people so they can get back to leading the business.

Delegation should create freedom, not more follow-up.

Relationship-based business development has been part of my career for more than three decades. Today, I continue that work through Gossage Consulting and my involvement in the Central Arkansas business community. I am also the President of the BNI Connectors Chapter.

I did not start my career as an entrepreneur. I started at the switchboard.

Over 34 years in banking, I worked my way from Switchboard Operator and New Accounts Representative to Director and Executive Vice President of Retail Banking and Training. I led teams, built systems, managed 22 direct reports, participated in more than 1,000 hiring decisions, and helped lead 15 acquisitions in seven years.

On April 19, 2019, I left corporate banking and started Gossage Consulting.

I brought with me a lesson I had learned firsthand: businesses do not scale because the owner learns to do everything. They scale when the right people, relationships, systems, technology, and leadership come together.

Today, I combine those decades of leadership experience with AI, automation, strategic delegation, referrals, and modern marketing to help business owners grow without carrying everything themselves.
