Who are your top 5 people? Deliberate list of people who make up your own "board of directors" & it's essential that candid but confidential feedback is fostered.  Next,  depending on the type of advice needed these would be my favorite types of people on my "board"  ~ CPA, financial professionals / ~Other successful business owners/ ~Referral partners or professionals within my same industry / ~Business coaches (EOS) / ~I assume my board of directors to include a few choice friends & family because supporting values, integrity is always a must.
