We start by having 4 non sales contacts with the customer. We offer multiple ways to connect with our staff that is not a hindrance to either party. We make a video of their product being made and send it them, we give them a proof of their design, we followup about their order 1 week after they have received it...none of these are asking for more business.If they reply to us via Instagram or Facebook or email & phone in a positive manner. We only THEN ask for a review. Additionally, our business is easy to correct anything...we don't ask questions if they are unhappy. We just fix it immediately.
