The vision of Love Bears All is to provide physical, financial and spiritual resources for people who are experiencing crisis, especially those who are elderly, disabled, disadvantaged, single moms, battered women, widows, veterans and orphans. Love Bears All, Inc. serves the Southwest Denver metro area only and operates strictly on donations from caring individuals, socially-concerned businesses, loving churches and other compassionate organizations. Love Bears All, Inc. is Board-led (with an 8 person diverse background) and it is almost strictly volunteer-run, with only one full-time staff member (Bear Deardorff, Founder/President/CEO). Love Bears All, Inc. started in February of 2017 and received their official 501 (C)(3) nonprofit classification in 2018. They are Guidestar approved, Network for Good approved and Benevity approved. They maintain a positive presence in the SW Denver Metro and are always excited to serve those in crisis.

In 2017, Bear and Brenda Deardorff moved into the southwest Denver metro area from Olde Town Arvada to be closer to elderly parents in need of assistance. They settled into a 55+ Adult Community and immediately began to see the needs of some of the aged who are living on a fixed income, struggling to survive. They also met many who were disabled and struggled with the unique needs they encounter. It became clear there needed to be someone else in the community who would step up to help people in need. Bear retired from the construction industry and begin the charity Love Bears All, Inc., serving as President full-time. With an initial Board of five, they focused on helping the elderly and disabled. Love Bears All has now expanded into areas of assisting the disadvantaged and homeless, single mothers and battered women, veterans, widows and orphans. They operate a full-service food bank, handicap equipment, bank and homeless clothing bank, among other ministries.
