Even though a review only takes a few minutes to write, customers are already overwhelmed by all the other work they have to do. To help them out, I suggest to give them a template. Using Constant Contact, or Mail Chimp, send out an email to happy customers only. Write out 2-3 versions of a review, with blank form field areas that they can fill out. Then ask them to write one or two sentences about their personal experience with your company, and then hit reply. Make sure you have your site set up for "comment approval" so you can weed out or change the testimonial in case it is inappropriate, negative or uses bad grammar.
